What your package looks like

• Outer carton: Standard brown or white box, or padded satchel — nothing distinctive
• Shipping label: Shows only your address, a neutral return address, and a generic business name
• Billing descriptor: Your credit card statement shows a neutral business name, not "Soft Sin" or anything adult-related. The exact descriptor is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 7–10 business days of your payment clearing. You'll receive a tracking email the moment your parcel leaves. Delivery estimates below start from dispatch.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can track your package without worrying — the tracking page won't show product details, just location and delivery status.

Lost or delayed packages

• If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with your household and neighbours first
• Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll follow up with the carrier
• We are not responsible for packages delayed by the carrier, but we'll help you chase it down

Shipping address

Double-check your address before checking out. We ship to the address you provide. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll re-ship it once you confirm the correct address — additional shipping costs may apply.
